We provide 30 days warranty unless otherwise stated under each product. Our warranty covers you against defective materials and workmanship.
We will replace any defective part or product if it is returned with freight paid (by the buyer) to our warehouse in Auckland. We appreciate buyer's communicate before sending the part or product back to us due to the fact that in many cases problem can be sorted by other means rather than by sending it back.
Any damage caused by neglect, misuse, lack of maintenance and general wear and tear will not be covered by this warranty. Warranty does not cover buyer's changing of mind not to have it or not suit buyer's special purpose.
No refund is available when we have stock to replace it unless the buyer experiences a second faulty product under one trade.
Refund will be the full price of the trade. Shipping cost is not refundable. Refunds will be credited to your bank a/c by internet banking.
